In the previous article, we discussed the underlying driving forces of remote workers role within crisis- (CM), risk- (RM) and business continuity- (BCM) management. We found that the remote worker trend has been accelerated by covid-19 and the accompanied business risks and dangers with remote workers cannot be ignored.
Let us now look at, how in practice, one can manage and mitigate the negative impacts on business continuity, risk, and crisis out of a management perspective.
