Email parsing error notifications

Safeture provides an option to integrate travel booking data by sending booking confirmations to a dedicated email address. These emails will automatically be parsed through a third-party parsing solution, Traxo, to retrieve both booking and traveler data.

Safeture has now added new error notifications to the parsing process to prevent a failed email parsing attempt from going unnoticed. Safeture performs a check, and if any of the parsed travel data is incorrect, both the user sending the parsing email and the administrators for that account will get an error notification email. This email contains information presenting the cause of the error so that it can be corrected.

Risk trip warning emails for Normal Administrators

As of today, so-called “Normal Administrators” are able to subscribe to the risk trip emails. Normal Administrators have access to certain users within a group or country and have more limited capabilities than Super Administrators. Before this update, only Super Administrators have been able to receive these notifications.

When subscribing to this send-out, you will receive warnings for high-risk trips that have been booked for any user that you have access to in the system. The email is sent once a day and contains all high-risk trips received in the last 24 hours.

Release date: 2022-03-22

We have updated the widgets containing information on high-risk incidents and users/facilities potentially at risk. The new design gives a clearer overview and makes sure the dashboard is not flooded with too much information at once, for example during large-scale incidents with numerous published alerts at once.

For this update, we have distinguished the users that are near high-risk incidents from those who are in high-risk countries by displaying them in two separate widgets. There is also another widget of facilities near a high-risk incidents.
