Born in 1964 he has a degree in
mechanical engineering but joined the IT industry in 1996 in a fast-growing CRM
Company in Austria. He holds several positions as VP Sales in the broadcast
industry which led him to customers around the world.
Manuela Rauch is a Partner in the International Labour Law practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich and is a specialist lawyer for labour law since 2011. Manuela advises and represents national and international companies in all areas of individual and collective labour law both in and out of court.
Manuela has specialised in providing labour law advice on transactions, including cross-border projects, as well as reorganisations and restructuring measures. Moreover, she regularly provides German labour law advice in cross-border transactions. She also focuses on advice regarding secondments.
Louise is a Partner in our employment and labour group specialising in UK employment and immigration laws with specialist expertise in the Industrials sector as well as being a lead partner for the Industrials sector.
Louise has particular experience in advising on the employment aspects of commercial transactions and providing strategic advice in connection with reorganisations and TUPE transfers.
