In a galaxy not at all far away and in a not-too-distant past, Safeture’s Customer Development Team was born. With a continuously growing global customer and partner base, the team is expanding, and you have the opportunity to become a part of it. You will be working closely with Safeture´s clients by supporting them technically.

We are looking for someone with the curiosity, drive and passion. Someone who strives to exceed customers’ expectations in terms of supporting their needs and questions. You will get the chance to work with in-house developed technology and have a solid introductionphase from all of the different departments at Safeture. In the Customer Development Team, you will get the opportunity to become a Pro of the platform, supporting clients and helping them solve Real Life problems.

Job Duties:

Projects

You will be involved in the technical implementation process of customers. Making sure that each client gets the most out of the platform based on their desires and requirements.

Administrate

By having a broad and deep understanding of each and every client, you will be able to support the client’s ever-changing needs and assist your team members with keeping the clients happy.

Support

Since you know the ins and outs of the Safeture platform as well as the client, you will be handling first-line support, making sure all questions are answered with a smile (or a smiley via email).

We are looking for:

  • Business, Economics, or IT degree
  • Around 2 years working experience during or after your studies
  • Possesses a technical knowledge and interest in order to work and understand the Platform.
  • In order to fit in, you need to be analytically inclined and curious to learn new technics by nature
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
  • You want to become a superstar and make a difference within your team and for our clients - something you will get the opportunity to do with Safeture
  • Have you not missed a single episode of På Spåret for many, many years, you know that Greenland Sharks can become over 500 years old, and have you listened to 1962´s greatest hit “Ta´med ud å Fisk”? Then you will fit right in!

  • Work extent: Full time position
  • Location: Safetures newly built HQ in Lund, approximately 500 meters from Lund Central Station
