Your Opportunity

In a galaxy not at all far away and in a not-too-distant past, Safeture’s Customer Development Team was born. With a continuously growing global customer and partner base, with majority of them internationally in 194 different countries, the team is expanding, and you have the opportunity to become a part of it.  You will be working closely with Safeture´s clients by supporting them technically as well as commercially. In this role you will also be traveling internationally.

We are looking for someone with the curiosity, drive, and passion of an early graduate. Someone who strives to exceed customers’ expectations in terms of supporting their needs and questions. You will get the chance to work with our in-house developed technology and have a solid introduction phase from all the different departments at Safeture. In the Customer Development Team, you will get the opportunity to become a Pro of our platform, supporting clients and helping them solve Real Life problems.

What will you do?: 

Projects

You will be involved in the technical implementation process of our customers. Making sure that each client gets the most out of our platform based on their desires and requirements.

Administrate

By having a broad and deep understanding of each client, you will be able to support our client’s ever-changing needs and assist your team members with keeping our clients happy.

Support

Since you know the ins and outs of the Safeture platform as well as the client, you will be handling first-line support, making sure all questions are answered with a smile (or a smiley via email).

Who are you?

Words like analytical, responsible and curios describe you. You have a Business, Economics, or IT degree with just the right amount of work-life experience during or after your studies. You want to become a superstar and make a difference within your team and for our clients - something you will get the opportunity to do with us.
