About the job
As mentioned, we are looking for our pioneer building the Sales Development team. You will be the one who sets the footprint and accelerating the direct sales to new levels and targets.
You will be starting from scratch, and you will be the overall responsible for the success of starting, building, accelerating, and forming this new part of the Company.
You will be a part of the management group and report to Sales Director and CEO.
Set the pace, being the crash pilot.
In the initial part of the buildup, you will, with your experience, set the pace yourself by starting with the groundwork. Finding the best process for getting them outbound leads. Via email, LinkedIn, phone, or whatever tools you find best suited. (we already today have several tools for this task) you need to work closely with our SalesForce, responsible for making sure we can tweak the CRM to the new workflow.
Phase 2 and forward
Now we are past the honeymoon, and let’s get to the next level. We have now seen the initial results, and the rollout starts. You will recruit new colleagues and making sure they reach the stars in a fun, collaborative, yet competitive and result-oriented world. Reaching new markets and setting the pace.
